Return PolicyIf you are not satisfied with your purchase, DressEmpire.com accepts authorized returns for store credit. At DressEmpire.com we value our customers and will work with you to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience. Purchasing a designer dress is a large commitment and we want you to have confidence in your decision to shop with us. To minimize the need for returns, each dress is thoroughly inspected before leaving the warehouse and upon arriving to the shipping office. Before any dress is shipped to a customer it is inspected again and photographed. All returns are expected in unworn and undamaged condition. Please follow the instructions below for a simple returns process. By purchasing the dress, you agree to the DressEmpire.com Return Policy. Return Processing ProcedureIt is your responsibility to contact DressEmpire.com by phone or email within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery* to request a Return Authorization number. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the return within one (1) business day of receiving the RA number. Ensure that your RA number is clearly printed on the outside of the return packaging. Please note that all products must be returned in the condition that they were received, with the original tags attached and wrapped in a garment bag or protective covering. Upon inspection, items that appear to have been worn, washed, altered or damaged will be rejected and returned to you. Store credit will not be issued until garments have been inspected. A 25% restocking fee per item will be deducted from your store credit. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and immediately returned to the customer. *All orders are tracked. A customer service representative will verify when the order was delivered. Store creditStore Credit will be issued after your return has been accepted**. You will receive an email detailing the amount of store credit received. The store credit will be stored on your DressEmpire.com account and never expires. Store credit is calculated less a 25% restocking fee per item. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and will also be deducted from your store credit. A $15 S&H charge will be deducted from all orders received with free shipping. International OrdersAny customs fees and/or taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer and non-creditable. How to Use Store CreditTo use your store credit, place your order via phone or live chat. Please have your previous processing order and/or RA number available. Any remaining balance will be applied to your account for later use. Please note: Dresses purchased with store credit are final sale and cannot be returned. **Please allow 2-3 business days for your store credit to be processed from when the return is delivered. ExceptionsDresses purchased on sale or at a discounted rate cannot be returned. Bridal gowns cannot be returned. Special orders cannot be returned. This includes preorders. Dresses ordered as an exchange are final sale and cannot be returned. Sizing ComplaintsDresses are sized according to the designer’s specifications. Please refer to the designer’s specific size chart to determine the best size before placing the order to avoid unnecessary returns. Keep in mind that dresses are not custom-made and may need to be altered in order to achieve an ideal fit.
